Some home remedies for candidiasis include:
1)the consumption or direct application of yogurt (which contains lactobacillus), probiotics, acidophilus tablets or salves, Pau d'arco tea, and even weakly crushed cloves of garlic, which yield allicin, an antifungal agent.

2)Boric acerbic has also be used to treat yeast infections (by inserting gelcaps filled beside boric acid powder into the vagina at bedtime for three to four consecutive nights).[citation needed]

3)Eating a diet consisting primarily of green, fresh, fresh vegetables also may give nouns.[citation needed]

4)Other alternative treatments consist in consuming a fermented beverage call Kefir.

I have hear that masturbation done by female can affect her conceiving likelihood!?

Is it possible to masterbate too much?

You don't need to see a doctor for Thrush, progress to your local pharmacy and buy canestan cream, they have relatively a few available with 1 application to seven applications.
The seven application one is better as your body have more time to fight spinal column the thrush, it can be taken as a cream or a pessiary.
Unfortunately, even though you probably aren't sexually active, it would not be adviseable to hold sex during treatment as this will irritate the vagina further.
Also, do not douch as this will inflame the area, do not put your yogurt into your vagina as this will also irritate it.
Yokult is also accurate to take while going through the course of treatment.
In mixing to this, there is zilch to be embarrassed roughly speaking, this is complately normal and greatly common.

Help please?

I realise you might not want to see a doctor, but the explanation I would suggest to go is that it might not categorically be thrush- in which suitcase it could be important to find out consequently you will be able to treat it, and this could be prominent depending what it may be.
Otherwise if it is thrush- there are tablets and capably a creams available at the chemist that you can use. If you are really embarrassed to step to the chemist, then perchance go to one that isn't contained by yor local area if that help.
I have also hear that yoghurt helps- though it has to be innate yoghurt (like not with additives or flavours, etc). So I guess only the plainest one you can find- that is for inserting- I would double check that though- as I hold only hear that. As for eating it- I come up with you can eat any (flavoured, etc) and it will still be willing for your body.
Also it is a common problem so while the doctor might seem to be scary- they do it everyday. If it helps possibly go to a women's clinic to chat about it.
Hope you find your solution.
