Vitamins needed for your interval?

I haven't had my length in almost a year in a minute, but when I went to the gynecologist he said that at hand was nought wrong. I'm 15 and I think it might hold stopped because I dieted last summer. Are within any vitamins that I might be lacking, and so specifically why I'm not getting it? What can I do to get it to start again? Thanks for your help :)

Vitamins a woman's body requirements are iron, calcium/magnesium, and potassium (among all the other ones we adjectives need). A good multivitamin/mineral supplement, plus extra calcium/magnesium may give support to.
You might also try evening primrose oil capsule to perhaps regulate your hormones and possibly get things started again.
Extreme sports, stress, serious dieting, and other factor can affect periods.

Everyone should be on a multivitamin anyway but if you were dieting you really needed it and still do. Multivitamins in the recommended dose are the minimum amount you need only just for your body to survive if you are eating powerfully. Puritan's Pride has greatly of vitamins and you can order them online at their .com
I suppose that would own something to do with your interval but a lot of exercise will bring your period to stop too.
