Does anyone know what this could aim?

What does this mean? I maintain having this dream (I own had it 2 times within 2 different settings) that a really good friend of mine is pregnant. This is odd to me because she said she never wants kids but we haven't be talking nearly it lately and it's not like I enjoy been thinking more or less it. I was purely wondering what it meant, I believe surrounded by dreams being something more after dreams but I am not sure what this could mean. Thank you

i honestly consider that dreams have to do beside what has be on your mind lately, what you have be thinking about that daylight. but you should talk to her and see if you are right and if it is than you can relay her about it and i reflect no matter what she will come up with that is cool that you have those dreams
