Waay too short?

im 4ft. 8 12 years old and im starting to develope already but it looks gross becuz im enormously short. im also having signs of getting my extent, and so im almost fully developed. how do i grow taller?!?! i always excersive and get through very tough because my mom makes the healthiest food but i havnt even grown an inch in a year and once i bring back my period most individuals say htat i will not grow as much. culture always vote that its no big deal to be short but surrounded by my family and academy it doesnt feel dutiful at all and when i run to highschool i will get pushed around because my sister's friend explicitly as tall as me get picked on alot! i really want to grow, any ways i can grow faster or stop my period from coming this rash?

Most women verbs to grow up to 2 years after they start menstruating. How tall is your Mom/Dad? How towering are your siblings?
Most of the 'height-impaired' women I know [ from 4'7" to 5'0"
love their size, except in some cars [ they can't reach the pedals!] Men frequently adore small women because it make them feel more 'macho'.

Look at your parents or look for familial history (pics) are they small in size as very well then again your glands hold not fully developed yet and this includes glands that sort you have growth spurts.

unforunately mother temperament has programmed you to single be so tall the just true way around this is to see a medical doctor near are growth hormones BUT SEEK ADVICE OF A MEDICAL DOCTOR maybe your sisters friend get picked on for other reasons not her height above sea level, like does she dish the dirt? is she a "backstabber"? does she stir up trouble?

merely dont focus on your height too much, i expect when the summer comes, and you are at home, eating more, resting more, you will be surprised how much you will grow.plus, ponder of it this way... guys in reality like short girls more...they look at elevated girls as amazons.. no seriously! so good luck and you will be of late fine =]

you'll still grow after you get your interval. i did. you won't grow as rapidly as past, but you'll still grow. continue to get through healthy, bring back plenty of sleep, and exercise.

Do girls draw from cramps when their period strarts or past that and hwo does it feell when your breasts are soar?

first of all, your peiod isnt coming rash, 12 is normal. You may consider seeing a doctor that specializes in body frames and sizes, (ask your doctor for a recomendation) he may proscribe a hormone shot to be exact a daily dose of a hormne that will end in your body to grow taller, but not nessecaraly make you develope more, and it will not however glitch your period. I hold a friend that takes this and she say that is is no big buy and sell, and it hurts a tiny bit the first few times, but you really get used to it, and he discomfort isnt even very much within the first place. wow sweetie, I don't really think near is a way to do any of those things, Mother nature is a funny item, everyone develops differently than others, if it is embarrassing you can other wear clothes that make things not so deliberate, sports bras under cistern tops worked me, as far as your period making you not grow as much, I would guess the oposite, I would think getting your term you are growing into adolescence explanation "growth spurt" hang it near everything will catch up

You will probably grow a bit more by the time your 16, and consequently a bit more after that till you're 18-20.

If your family member are by majority taller than you, then you'll probably clash them...and you may even exceed them! I'm nearly 5'9" but my mother was solely 5'6", my maternal grandmother be only 5'2" (but my caring grandfather and all my uncles be over 6 feet)!! Also, I didn't finish my height till I be in college (so just about 19) So you may have a bit of elevation coming yet.
