I feel similar to i could scratch them to pieces - whats going on?

try putting lotion on them. zilch with a scent. basically like infant lotion or lotion for dry skin.

The first point I would do is check your detergent and fabric softener. With the chemicals they own today many family are becoming allergic to these cleaners. One way is to run all your bras and rinse them again in just plain hose. This should rinse any residual chemicals out of the clothes.
