Night Sweat Nightmare! Anyone know how to stop this?

Clean diet-no meds-layered to death. Went through menopause within 1998. At night, I hold to change 2 or 3 times (bedding also), and enjoy, all these years. I'm as damp as if I had basically jumped out of the shower--head to toe. Can't steal estrogen--have estrogen blocker I will begin taking soon, Arimidex. In thoroughly good vigour now. Can anyone facilitate me get a perfect night's sleep?
