Which contraception is best?

I can no longer use hormone based contraception, and be wondering which different methods of contraceptions are on the market.

Don't fancy going fund to condoms (male or female)! Or using the natural method.....

Through looking on the web, it appear I can use Cervical Cap, or Diaphragm.... what others are available?

I can't use any hormone base contraception either. I use foam. It is inserted next to an applicator. It is really easy to use, but unhappily is only a 94% nouns rate. However, if you use the withdrawal method next to the foam, you increase the success rate.

i like the diaphragm. i was incompetent to use hormones, either. the downside is that you must be tremendously comfortable touching yourself and you have to delay and insert the diaphragm before intercourse -which puts a cramp in spontaneity.

there are many option. There is the diaphram, cervical cap, and sponge to mention a few. There are also over the counter things you can use such as the vaginal motion picture and spermicides. only you can vote which is the best method for you. Good luck with your query for protection.
