How do you get rid of pre time cramps?

Stay economically hydrated, exercise & use a heating wipe.

Three days before your time take some Midol.
this is strange but if you think or are doing something and you arent thinking almost your cramps they stop hurting a bit

I thieve Aleeve or Advil or any thing next to Naproxen Sodium and It works good.
