I'ts only happen once, and that was roughly 10 minutes after I woke up this morning - I felt unusually thirsty, I stepped outside to smoke. When I walk back contained by the house, as I was fixing myself some sea - out of nowhere I broke out in a sweat, I feel "cold" in a strange sort of opening, almost cold/hot at the same time, after I felt amazingly very nausiated, this last about 3 minutes, and faded away slowly. I don't sweat confidently, but my arms, face, stomach, chest, back- totally covered within sweat.

Sounds close to a vaso-vagal response to something. Did you have some stomach or bowel torment at the time? Have cramps or any other abdominal symptom?
