Last year I be visiting my parents and took diet pills (Leptopril -does not contain ephedra) on top on my exercise routine and common diet. I was 26 at the time, 5'11, 180 lbs. By week three I be sick. I had diarrhea, dry heave, dizziness, headaches, and a standard feeling of human being sick. I thought I had caught the flu or something. I have lost 13 lbs in 4 days. One morning I told my mom I didn't quality good. My mirage kept blacking out and I felt (for deficiency of a better way to say-so it) stoned. Later that afternoon I was walking from the bathroom to my bedroom (a 5 foot walk) and I passed out. I be rushed to the hospital emergency where they did a bunch of test on me.

My pulse was up to 120, My blood pressure be 150/40, they had to start me on an IV, the did an EKG on me, took blood and urine sample, and a whole onslaught of other tests.

They finally get me stabilized and said that I was dried out and malnutritioned. I told him that I took diet pills. When I mentioned diet pill, the doctors face lit up and said that's why. He said they can produce a whole bunch of form problems, including death. He told me to toss the diet pills or subsequent time I might not be so lucky.

I was kept surrounded by the hospital for almost 10 hours, given 3 or 4 IVs, potassium, juices, and monitored (by the EKG, blood pressure, and heart rate machines) every 15 minutes.

Please pilfer my story as a warning. If you seriously want to loose freight there are better ways (I know because I've lost counterweight after this)

Eat 5 times a hours of daylight. A small breakfast. A mid-morning snack, such as an apple. A small lunch. A mid-afternoon snack, such as carrots. A lite dinner. Do not devour any later than 7pm (6pm is better.)

Dont perceive my dear, no way you hold to do some excercise. moreover it is better than taking pills. no need to spend time for that contained by your home itself you can do that by walking, sit and stand, like that. you should sit and stand atleast 50 times a daylight. it is not a big thing to do know. simply you sit and see t.v then after sometimes move about to kitchen and take hose and come back to the place and sit and drink dampen , again to to kitchen to kept the bottle there, in the same way you have to plan and management. definelty you will c the difference.

crunches will do the trick..and try laughing more..laughing also burn fat..though not too much like an exercise..but at smallest you burned something..do stomach crunches..though dont overdo it or youll get stimach cramps..

hello....u enjoy been doing the wrong item..pills are a no no no way!...those things dont work...thats adjectives rubbish...u have to work out ...at lowest possible 30 mins a day..and dieting is accurate...but never stay hungry for long periods of time..because this will organize to u getting hungry and tired..and sick..never avoid breafast..its a very high-status meal..but u should avoid dinner..enjoy a soup..or sum non fat milk for dinner.and own a lite lunch...cut sown on the carbs..and fat,sweets...and try out the ab shaper..it s pretty apposite..but u have to melt up for bout 15 mins and then do it..if u cant buy the domestic device..then melt up for a few mins and do sum crunches...15 into 3 sets a day,,,
