Period and nausea?

iv got my time of year and im feeling enormously nausea and i woke up at 4:30 this morning and i had to vomit and run to the bathroom! And today i still haven't be feeling a 100% im still intuition a little nausea! is it common to feel nausea when on your time of year this it imy first time this has happen to me!
