Greenish stuff?

im on my period and when i go to put on my pj bottoms i saw they had freenish stuff onthe crotch it be like grass green. i wore a tampon to bed finishing night and i dont wear panties to bed. i didnt perceive anything weird when i took thhe tampon out it be red-brown and so were my tampons today. what is the greenish stuff is it ok. dont transmit me to see a doctor if noone here knows later thats exactly where im going.
