Any horsebeck riders?

Is it ok for me to ride with a time of year? If no what should I do? SUPPOSE I go to module every week... and have my term every month...? Is it ok to horseback ride with a length?

Hi there.. I love horseback riding too.. Although nearby is no such rule for it, strong physical activity is silly on your first day of the time when the bloodflow is at its height. Just tolerate your body take a rest for this hours of daylight. Or you can take an easier exercise program on this afternoon, such as working more on your posture and acting out curves in a slow tempo. If you have no strain at all the subsequent days you can act as you preference. Just use a tampon while riding. This will eliminate any impulsive due to peds.

Should I be worried?

Yes, you can ride a horse when have your period. If a wad is uncomfortable, wear a tampon. You won't even know it's at hand.

Is this my period?

Of course it is. I've done it several times. Just an old maxim. Your period won't prevent you from doing any endeavours, unless you are cramped up. You can swim, run, cycle, anything. Just use a tampon as it's much better in the long run and can avoid any unwanted accidents. As far as I know, it won't irritate the horse at adjectives. Happy riding!

Yes you can ride during your period. However if your horse is a stud next yes he will smell it and yes he will act approaching a horses butt (literally).
