Smell is not cause by sweat but bacteria, sweat is a big factor as expected because the moist warm nouns gives microbes the prefect place to multiply, and you do need to be aware of the difference between antiperspirant and deodorant as one may not minister to where as the other will.
For sweating I importantly recommend Odaban.

You put it on before you shift to bed, just using a short time, then you mop up it off within the morning. It works by blocking pores so the sweat does not come out, instead the sweat is 're-directed' to other areas of your body where it can evaporate so not cause those nasty sweat-stains. Although it seem expensive for a little bottle you individual use a small amount a couple of times a week and the longer you use it the less you find you necessitate it. This will prevent sweating and so will reduce your problem.
I would recommend you also check on what is going into your body as sweat is one of your bodies fortification systems used to flush out the skin, if you use commercial deodorants or antiperspirants then the chemicals in them could be adding to the problem, so too could be diet if you are consumption processed foods.
For deodorant try using a crystal deodorant instead, these are basically rock saline crystals that create a layer over the skin that prevents germs from multiplying, because this is natural it will not put toxins into your skin so would also minister to lower sweat production and any smell sweat may cause.
This trellis site sells crystal deodorant, but most vigour stores will sell the rocks profusely cheaper if you look around, also bare surrounded by mind these do last a while so recover money too - http://www.crystaldeodorant.com... – alternatively some brands are starting to take this notion on board, to some extent than using Mitchum try using brands of deodorant that contain these crystals.
Your age might own been adjectives.
Most potent antiperspirant is anhydrol forte. It is on prescription but also available over the counter.
If this is not adequate do not be feeling shame, see your GP, he may want to check a few things.

There are special deodorants that you put on over night and they stop you from sweating they really do work. You put it on, at first, every darkness and wash it bad in the morning and put your average one on then after a while you can cut down to a few night a week. Don't shave your armpits and then put it straight on because it will sting similar to mad. The one I enjoy used was call Driclor solution its about lb6 and its a roll on and it comes within box so you should be able to spot them, I get mine from boots. I use it just surrounded by summer as you can see wet patch when you wear certain fabric and it stops that completely.try driclor!!
