You can track your ovulation online near an ovulation calculator. This will help plentifully. I did it for 4 years, my computer crashed and I got pregnant a month subsequent. Good luck!As long as it is followed consistently and with the "coitus interruptus" method it works sort of well. I own two kids spaced 4 years apart and it was my birth control of choice. (Note, I am married and I be not out having imperturbable, unsafe sex. I don't want to give the wrong indentation.)
