douches are for you to use if you have a discharge to be exact smelly but do not over do because in adjectives reality, we are really not supposed to use them on a regular cause. although i do use them sometimes just to animate my insides. but the best thing for you to do is consult to your ob/gyn doc and ask his/her opinion as to what should be done.
