used the Femetone Pelvic Toner? Yes. Can you please tell me if it is worth seriously exploring, did it add to things for you, and how long did you use it for? Also is it something you have to use forever once you hold started using it? Serious answers only please.

Save your money and do kegels. They don't require any special equipment and can be done anywhere.

It would be a lot cheaper to a moment ago do kegal exercises than to use that thing. Yes it may or may not work but at that price I guarantee I would never buy one when you can do kegel exercises for free and indistinguishable results.

no you are better doing your pelvic floor muscle evxercises. I don't trust gadgets close to that
