A lot of ancestors mature late - I person one of them. I was very athletic, and that have a lot to do with hormones.

It is possible though that you do own some sort of growth stunt - unlikely, but possible.

The best thing to do would just to be to tell to a doctor or your mom about it. It might be hard or mortified, but you'll feel better about it then and get the answers you want, instead of looking to strangers on the internet. ;)
