I necessitate to Know!!?

I have have almost all of the pregnancy symptoms presently, at first i had a few but yesterday my nipples started becoming a different colour and getting itchy and today they are sort of sore im so tired and ive be going pee alot im moody headacyes cramps back discomfort.. but yesterday i started to bleed and my period isnt due till thursday and my friend said she think im pregnant cause she go through alot of this and she just have her baby and she have her period or bleeding every month approaching a period and i am other regular, also i stopped the pill about 4-5 days ago becuase it said if i suspect pregnancy to stop right away so i dont no if this is from the pill or my extent or spotting its brownish and lighter than usual. im so confused and i kind of want to be pregnant so i dont no but could i still be preg?
