Okay so presently i am worried!!!!!?

okay so i took plan B last week around the 6th i have an idea that i had a mild yeast infecton that have cleared up i started to bleed today i am not supposed to start my period untill the 24 i am totally regular i am extremly worried that something could be wrong
can anyone give me some theory what could be happening?
