i have never stuffed my bra earlier and i really need to know. what is the best point to stuff it with?? how do i stuff it?? can someone pleese distribute me a link of someone stuffing their bra so i can see how to do it. pleese relief me =)

Best thing is to be comfortable beside who you are, if you are that insecure talk give or take a few using a padded or push up bra, but I'm sure you look fine, don't be so self consious... I know how you feel. I hold been lagging my bra for a while. I would get a pad bra to start with, that approach it looks smooth. I would then use nylons preferably or Kleenex. Nylons hold their shape better. You want to start stuffing just rather so it is not obvious you be in motion from flat to all that surrounded by one day. I would add on a little more every 2 to 4 weeks. You want to start near a smaller cup bra and then unhurriedly move up. Be sure to stuff it firmly so nothing moves around. Also, be carefull roughly the tops you wear. Nothing low cut or with big, loose-fitting sleeveless arm holes. you do not want anyone to see. Tight shirts are fine. Gradually work your way up. That is what I did and I touch so much better looking curvy.Good luck.
