Its pretty normal, only shave down within every two weeks, or if you REALLY need to, just do it once a week. Remember to use a strange razor every time, and a good brand of shaving cream, preferably for sensitive skin, or mens obverse shaving cream(because its really sensitive since its meant for the face). Yeah, it's razor burn.
I don't agree next to what everyone else is saying about how habitually to shave down there. I shave there almost everyday, I niggardly completely. I only get cut-throat burn on my underwear line.
But I think it have more to do with it being the first time you shaved down near..
i just shaved down there for the first time 2 days ago and i get red bumps but the next day here wernt as many so wouldnt worry too much going on for it but if u r worried maybe you should talk 2 youre mom roughly speaking it she probably went through the sam thing or ask a cuzin aunt sister thats everyday when you shave down there...so no worries. if it starts to irriate i would reccomend putting some lotion on it so it wont be itchy.

Your pubic area isn't designed to be shaved. But, if you must, apply some aloe vera gel afterwards..

Just don't shave down there too normally.
