Do you enjoy an IUD?

Do you have the copper or the hormonal one? Do you similar to it and would you reccommend it?
Answers:

Is it normal that?

I have a copper coil for the last 12 years and it be ok apart from more recently when it cause abnormally prolonged and filling bleeding.

I subsequently had my second copper coil changed for the Mirena and have have no problems so far. I'm looking forward to the days of minimal bleeding and no pain!

It's hasty days for me with the Mirena but oodles of my friends have it and can't rate it importantly enough.

I'd unambiguously recommend having the coil because you don't own to think something like it once it is in. No more remembering to hold pills hurrah!

*EDIT* Kelly C, have a word near your Dr about the Mirena because I don't pedal hormones well any (think raging screaming banshee mood swings and hellish headaches) The way it be explained to me was that it is not impossible to tell apart as ingesting hormones orally, the Mirena is concentrated surrounded by a localised area (ie the uterus) and so the majority of the hormone doesn't find absorbed into the bloodstream in duplicate way as oral contraceptives. I've have the Mirena since December and so far haven't had any issues beside the hormone element at adjectives (other than experiencing much lighter bleeding for a shorter amount of time) Like my Dr told me, if the Mirena doesn't suit you, you just catch it taken out, but it might be worthwhile investigating the pro's and cons further to see whether you might benefit from it after all?

Bleeding and severe vaginal spasm?

Condoms and Pills are better.

My periods save getting lighter and lighterwhy?

I had the copper IUD for 6 yrs and started spotting and my doctor recommended I own it removed for a few months to let me uterus "recover". When I have it I loved it! My periods be shorter and lighter and it was a no fuss business deal. I only started have problems after 6 yrs of use. I got pregnant while it be out and after the birth of my child I had another one inserted, but my uterus expelled it after a few days. Now I use the NuvaRing. It's nice to not own to fuss with birth control every daylight. Good Luck~

Why do I get these little pains lower than my chest?

Hey Avanish,

Actually, condoms & pills are not the best. Condoms break & some girls can be allergic, some guys lose their erections when trying to put them on or don't know how to put them on. Speaking from experience, you CAN get pregnant on the pill. It MUST be taken at the exact same time every light of day.

If you're in a monogamous relationship & don't need to have kids within your immediate adjectives, IUD's are an excellent form of birth control. Without insurance they are VERY expensive but are the most effective form (as long as you're not sleeping around). They also don't protect against HIV or STD's. But in jargon of preventing pregnancy they're great.

I'm considering getting one once I have adequate money. I'll probably wind up beside the copper one as my body can't handle hormonal birth control.

If your boobs are mode of big and stops growing will it still b big in the future?

I own the Mirena and love it. The hormones pretty much stay localized in the uterus and you don't even become aware of them. I highly recommend it. I no longer enjoy heavy tight periods........and no PMS.
