Don't come up with it's pms, but what else could it be?

For the past 3 months I've be having symptoms that come across to be pms.

-Increased tiredness ( I usually get by on 6 hours a time but lately i've been need 10-12 or else I can't function)

-Sore breasts every once and a while

-Dizzyness/headaches (if I carry up to fast or turn around like lightning i get dizzy)

-unexplained mass gain (like I woke up a few weeks ago and couldn't fit into my pants. no change in exersize or eating)

-gas no business what I eat

-acne breakouts (I have a perscription for prescription to contain it, which has other worked until now)

The only piece is, they don't go away when I return with my period. They're constant. This funds they can't be pms, right? I've taken a few pregnancy tests(negative) plus i've gotten my period so in attendance's no way I could certainly be pregnant, is there? What else could it be?

I'm going to the doctor subsequent week, I'm just kindof anxious in wanting to know what it could be.

Well, with the unexplained immensity gain they are going to test your thyroid.

Sore breasts are probably from PMS (about to start your period).

Increased tiredness, and dizzyness/headaches can be directly related to respectively other. You may be dizzy/headaches because of too much sleep, but you also feel sleepy when you are dizzy.

The dizzyness/headaches could be from a sudden weather loose change, or if you have too much caffeine/sugar/salt in your system. Try drinking lots of wet instead of any other drinks.

It very in good health could be a hormone imbalance, and explicitly completely normal. A lot of culture go through that...I consider I went through one contained by college, but didn't do anything about it. Good for you going to the doctor.

A few girl question..?

in addition to what the girl above me said, some of your symptoms such as increased tiredness, acne breakouts, consignment gain, gas, and headaches can be attributed to depression and anxiety. im not sure roughly speaking the sore breasts though, thats probably having to do wiht your time of year because its only once surrounded by a while. i suffer from depression and am under greatly of stress and i have tons of these too! i hope your doctors apptment helps!
