I have have PCOS since I was 16 and have medical treatments until I was 21... I'm immediately 24 and its been 3 years short medical treatments (No medical Insurance)... All Symptoms of PCOS is creepying up like substance gain, thinning hair, Ance, excessive curls, and absence menstrual... When I be on Medicine I had everything in control... Now I'm passion "blah" as I'm sure you ladies know the feeling.... Will simply Diet and excerise help near some symptoms for now until I find a track to get medical insurance?
