well the other folks had upright symptoms listed, however i own had an ectopic pregnancy and did not even know it until my fallopian tube burst. I didn't really own any signs of pregnancy, and yes i still was have my period, as very well. I started cramping really bad, and the agony was intolerable so i go to the ER. They gave me a pregnancy question paper which to my shock was positive, and next an ultrasound, and then to the OR. I'm recitation you this, not to scare you, but to bring in you aware. Ectopics are serious, women have died from not getting proper and prompt treatment. Oh, and only to let you know, it's not that i be naive or unschooled about symptoms of pregnancy; i am a nurse. So clutch a home test, if it's positive and you're experiencing symptoms, shift to the ER.

When its still rash, ectopic pregnancies present exactly as other pregnancies. The first sign that something may be wrong is the appearance of pain.

Here is some info from the following site: http://www.kidshealth.org/parent/pregnan...

Pain is usually the first red flag. You might discern pain within your pelvis, abdomen, or, within extreme cases, even your shoulder or neck (if blood from a ruptured ectopic pregnancy builds up and irritates indisputable nerves). Most women describe the pain as sharp and stabbing. It may concentrate on one side of the pelvis, and it may come and walk or vary surrounded by intensity.

Any of the following additional symptoms can suggest an ectopic pregnancy:

* vaginal spotting or bleeding
* dizziness or faint (caused by blood loss)
* low blood pressure (also caused by blood loss)
* lower back pain

My guidance to you is take a pregnancy oral exam. If it is positive then agenda an exam with your OBGYN to determine whether the pregnancy is ectopic.

You still might want to discuss your irregular cycle next to your OBGYN, especially if the tubal ligation was recent.
