Has anyone else experienced burning sensations in nipples?

Lately, I have notice my nipples burn, I am not sure why, and I am looking to see if anyone else has experienced this. It is awfully painful, and I am not sure as to what I should do, it really bothers me. Please share if you hold any info that may help me. Thanks.
