Dark substance, close to spotting, appears in urine, I have be stressed..?

I had a horribly stressful weekend and yesterday my urine turned shade from a substance which appeared to be spotting.

This wouldn't be so unexpected but I haven't have my period within over 6 months due to my birth control pill.

Is this normal? Does it signify internal bleeding or kidney problems?

You could be spotting but it could also be a sign of a urinary tract infection. No pain while urinating? Any disorientation? Lower back cramp? Drink cranberry juice or if you don't similar to it, drink lots of water. If it continues today, move about to your doctor for a urinanalysis. Good luck!
