I use Alesse because everything else makes me really sick and my Gyno told me it have the lowest dose, but be careful u can't double up on this one and it must be taken everyday at indistinguishable time ! DON'T USE DEPO PROVERA IT IS POISON !

The one I'm on...it have ZERO hormones! It's a copper IUD (Mirena, I think). It gets placed inside your uterus by a doctor and that's it--you're protected for up to ten years. Within that ten years, if you want to own a child you can just own the doctor take it out. Otherwise, if you jump ten years without wanting children, you would own to get it replaced.

The two birth control pills that I know of that hold low amounts of estrogen are Mircette and Alesse. I did Mircette for 3 years and other than the regular breakthrough bleeding I have on it (because the amount was too low for me) I like it a lot.
