i was working...&& it started hurting ..and its similar to sharp pain & Cramps..& sum discharge....my coworker said i be 0vulating... okay?...im on the depo shot....kuould this be a bad side effect im alarmed?

You really should go to the Dr. immediately, it could be a cyst, those are so painful, I've have them and the pain be so bad that I couldn't hold myself up because my side hurt.
