Is true that it safe to own sex 7 days before and after you time?
Answers:
You are referring to what is call “The Rhythm Method” of birth control, which relies on fact that yes, here are certain days of the monthly cycle when you are smaller amount likely (safe days) or more plausible (fertile days) to get pregnant. What you hear about the timing is deeply correct. The days of the female monthly cycle are numbered. The first time of your period is Day 1. The typical menstrual bleeding ends on Day 5. In an average woman, the finishing day of her cycle will be around Day 28, and later the next term starts a new cycle beside Day 1 again. The egg is usually released in the middle of the cycle, around Day 13 or 14. We used to construe that sperm could live inside the woman’s reproductive tract for only around 3 days, and the egg could live 1 day. Therefore, the “fertile” period be between Days 9-16, when you should not have sex (to avoid pregnancy) or should enjoy sex (if you are trying to get pregnant). Since we presently know that sperm can live up to 7 days, and the egg for up to 3 days, the “fertile period” is more likely between Days 7-17. So the “safe” days are a couple of days right after your time (Days 5-7) and the week before the subsequent period is due (Days 18-28).
The huge problem near the rhythm method is that few monthly cycles are absolutely regular, especially within teenagers, and so the day the egg is if truth be told released is unpredictable. It may happen ahead of time or later surrounded by the cycle than expected. (There are techniques to support predict the time of ovulation, involving taking daily temperature and checking the stickiness of cervical mucous, but these are complicated and unreliable.) That’s why we say that to prevent pregnancy, NO time is risk-free for unprotected sexual intercourse. And as you know, condoms should always be used to support protect against sexually transmitted infections.
If you are considering entering into a sexual relationship, we strongly recommend you visit your doctor or robustness clinic and get information nearly reliable methods of birth control

Sure there are individual certain times when you're fertile, but they swing too much from woman to woman, the signs are subtle, the timing isn't that precise. Why take a risk next to it.
Besides, odds are that you want to be protecting yourself from STDs too...

Becuase most young women own very irregular period, there is never really a time when you know for sure that you are not ovulating.
This is how my aunt have sex, but it took a lot of planning. For a year she go to a doctor and had him check up on her and have to mark down her period on a calender and give her the safest times to own sex when she should not be ovulating, becuase she had terribly regular periods.
It worked for almost 3 years, but eventually she got pregnant.
ALWAYS use protection.
2 if you can. birth control + a condom is the more effectual way
Any suggestions for endometriosis dull pain? Or helpful hints on how to do business with it?
It is never 100% nontoxic to have unprotected sex. There are other things besides pregnancy to verbs about. But if pregnancy is the single thing you are worried more or less, then no. It's still not "safe". You can return with pregnant at any time of the month, it's just more plausible for you to get pregnant at certian times. But, no time of your cycle is 100% sure to be a time that you won't carry pregnant. There's even a small chance that you could gain pregnant if you're having sex while you're on your spell! To play it safe, use protection, or don't own sex.I am 5'1 and 130lbs is that fat?
