Surgical menopause?

i am 36 and had a total hysto 6 months ago-everything removed effect of endometreosis- put on premarin all abso fine till 2 months ago when i developed a bloody awful director ache.Saw doctor after 2 weeks -he suggest it not premarin and to take on but head tenderness continue -stopped premarin myself -saw my gynea and he told me to try patch. Anyway head smarting eased as premarin come out of system but now i enjoy patch on for a few days and head throbbing back -full on ! feel like organizer is breaking!! at present future not to bright ! I in a minute not taking any hrt -so as you can imagine i am have full on menopause symptoms !! not pleasant at all ! I am massively confused and would just close to to know if anyone else has experienced anything resembling this - and if so -any suggestions or advice.

Tricky. Hormones can grounds headaches and headache are also a symptom of perimenopause. If you know that your headaches subsided after you stoped the premarin and enjoy now started up again since the patch, I would see how you do in need hormones for a while. I assume your ovaries were also removed? If not, later there is no involve for hormones anyway. You may ask your Dr about "Bioidentical Hormones". I'm going through the same problems as you, or only just about to for that situation. Suffering from endometriosis now the singular option is for me to own full hysterectomy and oophorectomy. I'm just as confused as you are i'm afraid. Not sure what the best solution is to be honest because i dont want this returning, it's already made my characteristic of life somewhat grim and really don't craving to live the rest of my days in niggle. Hi, i am 37 and have a total (ovaries as well) hyst as well about 18 months ago mine be due to hormone problems, I tried the patches as in good health but had allergic problems so have to stop them, I now own an implant every 6 months and am finding that much better, Sorry you are have bad headache it could be the HRT causing it, I also make out about you not wanting to step into menopause that was my worse nightmare to, I have a taste of it when my 1st bud ran out (not fun) .
