I hate the feeling of person depressed. i don't get sleep and I worry in the region of sleeping all the time because school starts soon. Does anyone else suffer from this and what do you do going on for it? I don't want to take medication if my doc says it's "normal". i don't obligation that on my record.

To prevent it - drink lots of marine, avoid salty or sugary foods, and get some exercise. Even going for a hoof it or a jog with your iPod going can relax you and product your body feel better.

You mentioned that you don't get sleep. I'm wondering if you should see someone roughly managing stress so that you do sleep? Are you depressed in general, but it get worse as your period approaches? They're both things to think more or less to help you feel happier..
Symptoms similar to that are pretty common when it comes to PMS. Personally, I get really grumpy and moody for no physical reason and feel similar to bursting into tears. Many of my friends end up the same. It's particularly natural to get overwhelmed by sentiment like that with adjectives those hormones rushing around your body, but you shouldn't worry too much about it. Buy a huge railing of chocolate. It WILL make you feel better.
Check out the cooperation, some of the info might be useful to you. Yeah, blame the various hormones that are surrounded by the body right before your period. They can engineer you depressed, blah, stressed, grouchy, tired, get cramps, body sore, etc. When you feel this bearing, try and mostly ignore the feelings. Or try and filch some calm time to do something super calming, close to take a warm tub or do an arts and craft or watch tv in bed. Also hold advil (ibuprofen) to help with cramps and headache. Eat athletic foods and drink enough liquids. Exercise a bit too. adjectives these things will help a bit. .
