Lose 15-20lbs in two months?

I'm a 5'5 140lbs 28 year infirm woman. I want to lose atleast 15lbs by the summer. Does anyone know any great diet/excercise programs? Please be as specific as possible about diet planning. Thanks!

low carb diets get the immensity off speedy. you can eaasily lose 10 pounds in 2 weeks if you stick to it. proteins and veggies. thats roughly speaking it. lots and lots of water too.
