How to Wake Up Without Feeling Like I'm Going to Die?

I'm 17 years old. I'm a girl, and I stir up at 6:30 every morning for school. So I usually dance to bed at 9:00. At the latest, 10:00 pm. I don't stir up during the night (aside from the occasional toilet trip), and I guzzle healthy. I don't smoke or drink or anything resembling that. My mother wakes me up every morning, and as I'm walking to the kitchen to guzzle, I literally feel similar to I'm going to drop dead, and I frequently bump into walls and trip over. How can I stir up more pleasantly?

that sounds a lot similar to me, except I go to bed like mad later than that. how does your mom get up you, nicely or yell that you're going to be late (me, lol)? see if wake up to your favorite radio station makes a difference. if you don't already run showers in the morning try that to oblige wake up.

This could have to do near your blood sugar......do you have a snack up to that time bed? You should and make sure it isn't lofty in sugar or simple carbs. Or it could also be low blood pressure.

well what i do is get to bed hasty and get a apt night sleep can i make clear to you something i had that happen and sometimes that i wake up and i do not want to so i drag my self out and i am not rouse up yet and i grain like i am going to faint so i know how you feel

wow i was exactly approaching this in big school...adjectives i can tell you is that it will gain better...i'm in college immediately and a) i don't ever have to seize up that early anymore, minus the few exceptions, and b) when i do enjoy to get up precipitate, it's not nearly as bad....
it must a short time ago be a hormonal thing...only just try to think of something every morning to look forward to..that seem to help me out for a while bit

for me i think u r produce by stress. do u know how to hander ur stress? in each day u do some exsercise or 2 time a week to balance your stress.try to do some exercise near a group of friend, it will very boring if a lone.and if u r a christian try to pray 4 god to administer u peace.he might help u .
