Heating pads are absolutely a plus. They feel so lovely! I also use Pamprin. Pamprin not solely relieves the pain, it help reduce bloating, crankiness, and other lovely PMS symptoms. Aleve also works economically, as does Advil. Also try a nice hot bath, or, if the weather permit, walking for a little while can also sustain.

A heat pad or hot hose down bottle, or those stick on heat patch work better than any pill you can take, and they hold no side effects.
If you are set on medicating it, I found that ibuprofin (Advil) works better for cramps than acetominophen (Tylenol). Check with a parent or nurse for dosage for your age.

you could also try to use a heating wad to help next to the pain, but these pills should backing. just dont thieve more than the recomended dose for your age.

Well, it may be extreme, but "the pill" can do wonders when your body first starts out and doesn't slightly have a regular cycle figure out yet, if your parents are ok near it.

For less extreme measures, ibuprofen seem to work pretty well for me, and these things are newly tremendous:

You can try Aleve, Advil, Pamprin, or Midol. As long as you are 12 you can take them. Make sure to read the directions on the rear of the bottle. Take them with lots of marine and with food.
