second, you could have an infection, if it smells fishy it's a bacterial infection, if it have a yeasty smell or cheese-like smell it's yeast infection. i've experienced the yeast infection and had the gummy white discharge, also i experience painful intercourse due to that. any infection should be treated also your urinary tract infection because it can be worse and you'll experience lots of other symptoms. it could also be the defence why you have that discharge.

i recommend you to look in your ob/gyne, not just gp. because ob/gyne can sustain you with your question about the miscarriage and in the order of what you are experiencing.
