Why did I miss my period in March?
I dont know what to think. The ending period I have was on Feb. 17th and I enjoy not had another since next. I have have bands put on my tubes 6 years ago and I should not be capable of get pregnant. I own had a couple of symptoms approaching, dizziness, nausea, and I could sleep all the time if I be able to. If in that are any doctors or nurses out there that could agree to me know what is going on with me, I would merrily appreciate it.
P.S. I am going to wait any more week to see if I start this month.

There are lots reasons why you could not be bleeding, stress, hormones, ovarian cyst, or peri-menopause (depending on your age). It would be difficult to diagnose your symptoms short being see by a doc. I would strong suggest making an apt. soon.

Do you take pills for birth control?
It could be an infection, stress or any number of reason. If you are not in any twinge or overly concerned about pregnancy I would loaf to see if you just lucked out of it for a month. If you changed your diet &/or excercise routines that could do it too. Be tolerant. If you miss a second one make an appointment beside a gynecologist.
