Underwire causing breast pain?

all my life i own been wearing underwire bras, but lately i notice some pain surrounded by my right boob just right within where the underwire ends, below the armpit...

i stopped wearing underwire bras, but from time to time it happen that i wear one...

the pain, when it happen, is consant, and sometimes it is not just when i am wearing underwire bra, but also when i am wearing non underwired ones..

is it possible to enjoy pain lone on that spot even when i am not waering underwire now, but as a result of previous wearing?

i did not experience any other discomfort in the breast, purely on this one spot...

should i be worried?

I wouldn't worry unless it persist, then I'd cooperate to the doctor.
I'd check myself regular and get mammograms if call for.
But I have hear and read about studies done that hold shown an increase in breast cancers and troubles from
women that wear underwires---I used to always---but not anymore. They said especially when sleeping BUT to if at all possible completely eliminate wear them something to do beside the actual type of "wire" that the manufactures use.
Not to panic you but more to forewarn!
Beside nice comfy cotton no wire bras are more comfy anyway at lowest in my belief. And they do have some substantial duty ones for extra support if thats what you need *wink*

Soreness is probably from where on earth the under-wire was constantly jab you. It should cease. If you are still have pain, fashion sure you self examine for lumps. Make sure you get your mammograms done twelve-monthly. Under-wire bras are pretty, but very mortified. I make a small slit and remove the under-wire from all my bras.

I think you should see a doctor as it may not be the underwire.
If however it is the underwire, this is what I do : bend the ends of the underwire outwards in recent times by a few milimetres, so they dont press against you.
But please see a doctor!

Try wearing cotton ones if u can bring back any. Sometimes for soem woman, during the periods at hand is a pain contained by those areas due to soem hormonal condiitons.

Remove ur bras in the dark when u sleep.

Consult a doc if the same persisits.

dear friend avoid wearing such things it blocks ciculatoin of blood thats why lots of spasm occurs wear bras made up of cloths n which r little loose n hurricane lantern

I also used to get irritation from wearing underwire bras and quit using them years ago. I individual wear 100% cotton bras. The brand I use is Playtex 18 hour.

Because of the fact that you are have pain at other times besides beside the underwire bra I would recommend seeing your dr about this.
