A easy diet?
I am a young girl, and I want to loose something like 15 pounds before the middle of May? Is in attendance a way that I could. I also want to loose my slightly chubby stomach earlier summer, swim suit season? Any ideas or suggestion? I do eat stout every day, I purely need excersise lend a hand too! THANKS!

Just cut your everyday portions in partly. It is all almost portion control not eliminating any one food.

for ur stomach, try doing push ups..if ur ingestion healthy, but still not contained by shape, go for gym. hey, theres no unproblematic way to loose ur counterbalance.
That's right that you already eat sound, so that'll make the diet easier. You could draw from a membership to a form club, and go every morning jogging around the track for a few lap. Then on one day do the arm machines (start at twenty to thirty pounds if you've never done this) and every other afternoon do the leg machines. Do about 4-5 machines a light of day. It depends what club you're at, but you could talk to a trainer to see what fits your wants best. If you still feel "fat" :) bear a couple laps surrounded by the pool on the weekends. I did this routine in 7th grade and it worked great. Good luck!
