ok so i started using tampon but the first try i kinda screwed up...when i took it out it hurt SOOOOOO bad...but on the box it say just verbs out if its not comfertable...is this normal?

It's because the muscle can tighten up especially if you're nervous more or less it. Take a deep breath and verbs slowly. It can also help to try pulling in slightly different directions until you find where on earth it move more easily. Try to relax and purloin it slowly. It takes a few times to catch used to it but just try again. If you don't relax it will hurt.

Try using a smaller/less leaky tampon. If you are using regular move down to light. Ignore that if it hurt because you pulled it out right after insertion. It be just dry and to be exact natural. They won't hurt when you verbs them out after 3-4 hours as long as you are using the proper size for your menstrual flow.Usually when you try to take out a tampon and it's still dry it will hurt really doomed to failure. This is totally mundane. I am 24 years old and still enjoy this issue sometimes. Sometimes your vagina isn't moist enough to where on earth your tampon has a unyielding time inserting. Sometimes you just inserted it wrong. You are freshly getting used to using them, so don't be too upset or worried about the emotional state of it. It will hurt for the first few times though. After a while, you'll get used to them.
Yes its run of the mill. If when you insert it, and you can still feel it uncomfortably next take it out, and put a topical one in. Your not really supposed to touch it in in that at least not surrounded by an uncomfortable process. When you took it out it hurt because it was dry thats why you own to make sure it go in right, and solitary take it out when you consistency like it requests to be changed.
