I hear yah...Im a 34DD. I'm skinny but still big busted. I'll tell you what though- exersice does give support to. It will firm the muscle behind the brest and shrink the fatty tissue. It's not there because you're heavy, it's there for support. Just one of those things.
Other than that, at hand's only surgery and growth. I don't know how aged you are but if you are still young you could "grow into them" as some might speak.
