Is it bad for healt overeating with chocolate after not taking any sweets or shugar for a long time?

It will make you sick for sure but it will not take out you unless you keep doing it on a day by day basis. There is nought wrong with have sweets but just try to not own so much. Binge snacking can cause stomache problems and problems beside you cholesterol, blood pressure, diabetes ect.. Just be careful subsequent time to avoid the bad stomache that go along with drinking too much chocolate. I have be there lots many times!! Hope you perceive better soon. Drink some water, that should give support to.

I have diarrhea and I'm on my extent could those two things be related?

Usually it is bad with the sole purpose for a short time, until your body get rid of it. Chocolate often contains caffeine. This, in roomy quantities can trademark you feel sick. The subsequent day, you may receive a bad headache from caffeine withdrawl.

Overeating anything can make you perceive, or be sick, and this is especially true of chocolate, it's very rich, near the cream and the sugar and cocoa.

Try sipping room-temperature water for the subsequent few hours, and take it a bit graceful, but when you are nauseous (feel sick) your body is cliché I've had too much, so be prepared that it might merely try and relieve you of some of that chocolate, the same route it came surrounded by!!

I don't close to sugar pop but sometimes when I am over other people's house and to be precise all they hold, I may have a cup or two. Don't consistency so well after because I am not use to the sugar.
