N 1 know of way without surgery a way to tighten muscle from 3 c-sections?

Ok I have have three children all by c-section ,(lower abdominal,bikini cut) this cause muscles to be cut and loss, I am trying to lose that fold and tighten and regain muscle back anyone know a channel besides a tummy tuck? Type of excerises? Sit ups dont work?

The best way is to diet and do stomach exercises, and build as much muscle on your tummy as possible.

Do sit ups, but also weight train next to your stomach by getting a medicine globe or something and do crunches.

Also do leg v ups, roman chair exercises, running help allot.

Keep overall in shape and you will be better and in good health and your stomach will feel better.

sit ups will work! you purely have to keep hold of it up! don't strain yourself too much. try this workout, it works GREAT on the lower ab/pubic area: lay on the floor, on a yoga mat. legs straight on floor, arms by your side, and other keeping your head flat on the floor (try looking at the ceiling, it helps). raise your legs up about 5-6 inches sour the floor, while keeping them stiff and straight, you will feel the "burn" contained by that lower ab/pubic area. do a few reps of this, and you will def relish the results! always do at smallest 3 days of cardio a week to keep your workout successful =]

Pilate style situps really help me! And weight loss too. I did trimming exercises - running, swimming, aerobics. But lower ab work-outs give me the best results, especially pilates.

leg raises/lifts, static holds, you may have have a word to a personal trainer. try different kinds of sit ups. resembling ones on a machine. machine/weighted crunches. prescription ball crunches, crunches sitting higher than the big swiss ball. the switch is squeezing reeeeeaally hard and contracting your abs the unharmed time. that makes a HUGE difference.
