i have one boob that i can communicate is totally bigger than the other and it's coming to bikini season and i don't know what to do?

That's really common. Feet are like way- usually one is slightly bigger than the other.
To be honest, most other people won't know how to tell or strictness.
However, if it's a big deal to you, try any buying a bikini with lining, which will even them out, or wear a swimsuit that doesn't bring so much attention to the chest, like a tankini. You can also buy silicone 'pad' that you can adjust the amount of air within, that you could wear everyday if it's that big of a deal.
For swimming, though, adding up in insulation is not advised- it falls out too easily, and specifically far more embaressing than have boobs that are slightly different sizes.
