When I pee... it's... messy.?

Okay, I know this is a gross question... but I amount that's what this site is for. It's nice to ask if others have equal problems. I've noticed for a while immediately (I'm 24) that when I pee it never comes out in a nice straight stream. It comes out adjectives weak and approaching, runs down back within. It makes wipe pretty annoying. I do know my muscles down there are a bit watery because when I am startled or cough when I walk I pee myself a touch bit. Is this a kegal (sp?) muscle thing? I've never really inherent all of that. Thanks. (By the approach, I'm not the one who wizzes all over the toilet sitting room in public places. I'm for a time messy but it never comes out of the bowl.)

Answers:    Kegel exercises are a way to strengthen the muscles surrounded by that area and it may aid you.

I have hear of people using bahwah ball to strengthen - you put the clean ones inside the vagina and hold them within there. Be punctilious with that one.
i know you meditate gravity would pull it striaght down yes it could definatly enjoy alot to do with kegal exercises, and own you had a toddler that could also cause it. But only just to be sure i would suggest talking to your doc.
what almost tilting your pelvis forward so that it goes toward the front and runs sour the clit area? Kegal exercises are the best solution though. It is definately a kegal problem. You are kinda babyish to have bladder problems. I hope it improve. Yeah, it kinda sounds like you hold to do some kegals to get your pee streamin again. Good Luck!
