I've have the same problem. I'm 30yrs older 6ft tall and weigh 135 lbs. I've tried intake lots of pasta and body building formulas. All that happens is I build muscle that basically seems to burn more chubby. I've been told adjectives my life that my metabolism will slow down the elder I get. Just try to be joyous with who you are, even if the picture contained by the mirror isn't exactly what you want it to be. As long as you are healthy and enjoy energy afterwards don't worry.
