I've done a lot of research on it and am giving it a try, I've only be taking it for 2 weeks so far, I understand it takes 2 or 3 months to enjoy an effect. I came off the pill (Microgynon) one and a partially months ago and that has helped already next to irregular periods and symptoms of PMS, I just requirement that extra boost! Anyone got any experiences of it to share? Many thanks.

I use and love it! it have really helped me. the first month i ovulated on my own! every month i fell better! My period are smaller number pain full! Sense i am TTC I stop taking it after I ovulate! i also have be taking evening primrose oil and maca!

oh yes, must tell melia give or take a few that too. yes, i have tried agnus castus, i think its supposed to aid regulate progesterone. i did after coming off progesterone and i would NEVER EVER recommend coming off birth control and trying to win a plant to replace it. you can suffer even worse than you did before starting hormones when you come off the hormone. seriously, thinking a plant will replace it is a bit of a mistake n my experience, i be told that my period and hormone would regulate themselves after 2-3 months after coming off. i could only just move with cramps. i dont know. i wish one could "wean off" birthcontrol. acquire ready for a bumpy ride. everyone i know that came bad birth control that had been on it for a while, go back on b.c. because it was too tough otherwise.
