Can a girl with high testosterone level and no period still get pregnant?
My 'gf/bf' is a transgender female-to-male. She was born feminine and is transistioning to male. She take testostrone injections which is the same as a 'manly puberty' ? So she has facial down, chest hair, philosophical voice, and no period. Does this miserable she can still get pregnant? We want to stop using condoms and etc, she still have female genitalia, where on earth as I have manly, so do we still need to use protection against pregnancy?

Apparently, no period method that he/she is simply not shedding the lining of her uterus. This does not necessarily connote that she is not producing an egg.
Bottom line is you should use condoms until the surgery have taken place, and even after. Remember, it is important to use them wether or not you "can't" go and get pregnant. There is still AIDS and women who have gone through sex money operations can still take HPV (leading to cervical canver), even without a cervix.
