The first thing you should do is jump see your doctor. He or she will know what questions to ask and front you toward the best solution. Depression can be caused by a quantity of things... from unhealthy relationships to hormonal inequity. (If your doctor gives you a diagnosis that you aren't comfortable next to, go see another one. I do, but it's not necessarily a being-a-wife related point.
I've clinical depression and take medication for it. I still bring depressed from time to time and it seems close to every time it happens it's a short time worse than the time before.
I know it'll shutting at some point, I just dance through the motions and cry a lot, but eventually, I'm okay.

I've suffered from depression adjectives of my life and since marriage and after. I've taken anti-depressants which help me a lot. Right very soon I'm off of them and try to be right to myself and not be so serious about enthusiasm and ask God to help me every time.
